High Performance Programmable Electronic DC Load


The JBZ6200 series load is a high-reliability, high-density, and high-performance DC electronic load. It features three voltage ranges: 150V, 600V and 1200V. With a power density of 6kW per unit at only 3U height, its power rating ranges from 4kW up to 72kW. It supports master-slave parallel connection, enabling the maximum power to be extended up to 720kW.It offers multiple ranges for voltage and current, along with 1MHz high-speed sampling, control and capture capabilities. It achieves fast loop response, high-speed current rise and fall rates, with a dynamic mode resolution of up to 1μs and a frequency range of 50kHz. It is equipped with multiple operating modes and more than 20 test functions.In addition, it is integrated with abundant remote communication, digital and analog monitoring interfaces, all designed to meet users' diverse application requirements for load testing.


The JBZ6200 series loads are widely applied in the design, verification and production testing of power systems, fuel cell testing, DC industrial power supplies, server power supplies, DC charging piles, on-board chargers, power electronic components such as contactors and relays, as well as other power electronic products.

High power density

The JBZ6200 series electronic loads are designed with high power density. Enables the standard 19-inch 3U chassis to reach a power rating of up to 6kW.The volume is half oftraditional electronic loads, the heat dissipation performance is doubled, and the weight is only half of conventional models.




Master-slave parallel operation with flexible power configuration

The JBZ6200 series features master-slave parallel function with active current sharing among all loads. It supports parallel connection of models with the same voltage but different power ratings, allowing users to easily achieve a parallel capacity up to 720kW. After paralleling, all load operations only need to be performed on the master unit, while slave units automatically allocate parameters, delivering effortless and convenient operation.



Power Doubling

The JBZ6200 series features the capability of twice overload power loading for a short period. When conducting limit parameter tests, users do not need to select models based on the maximum power value, which can greatly reduce costs.

When the load temperature is below 35℃, it can sustain twice the rated power for up to 5 seconds. It is suitable for testing the instantaneous high-power discharge and impact resistance of motors, batteries and electronic components, as well as the instantaneous high-power discharge testing of power batteries and fuel cells.




Sequence & Auto Test


The JBZ6200FZ series supports 50 sequence files with up to 100 steps per file. Satisfy the simulation of complex and fast working conditions for power supplies, batteries and more.

The automatic test function also provides 50 independent files, each containing 20 steps. For each step, users can edit parameters such as operating modes, judgment conditions, test contents and detection time.




Dynamic Function, Sweep Frequency Function

Dynamic mode is used to test the dynamic load response and other dynamic characteristics of power supplies. The JBZ6200 series electronic loads provide programmable dynamic load and dynamic sweep modes with a frequency up to 50kHz. The dynamic load mode allows configuration of high/low level values, rising/falling slopes, operating modes and other parameters.

The voltage and current sampling rate of the dynamic sweep mode is 500kHz. It supports linear increase and decrease of load current frequency, with a maximum frequency of up to 50kHz. This mode can test the peak voltage Vp+ and valley voltage Vp- of the device under test during the variation of load operating frequency, so as to verify the dynamic load response capability of the power supply.

Sine Wave Function

The JBZ6200 series load provides current loading waveforms with adjustable sine wave peak value, trough value and frequency, and the maximum adjustable sine wave frequency is up to 20kHz. This function is commonly used for impedance analysis of fuel cells.


OCP and OPP test functions

To ensure safety and reliability, power output devices are usually designed with overcurrent and overpower protection. The JBZ6200 series loads allow users to independently set step current, step time, step power, as well as judgment conditions and judgment tolerance, so as to test the effectiveness and accuracy of overcurrent and overpower protection. During testing, the load operates in constant current or constant power loading mode, and conducts judgment according to the user-defined conditions and tolerance. If the output voltage or power does not drop below the cut-off voltage or power, the load will continue the test according to the step values; if the output voltage or power falls below the cut-off voltage or power, the test will stop and the test results will be displayed on the screen.



Battery Discharge Test, Internal Resistance Test

The JBZ6200FZ series loads support basic operating modes including CC, CV, CR and CP. While meeting the application requirements of most power supplies, batteries and component products, it is further equipped with multiple combined operating modes such as CV+CC, CV+CR, CR+CC and CP+CC. It effectively solves problems such as excessive starting current and current overshoot of charging piles, on-board chargers, UPS and other equipment. Users can select the most suitable operating mode according to actual working conditions to complete the test.



All-round protection function

The JBZ6200 series electronic load is equipped with multiple hardware protection and software functions for voltage, current and power, including soft start upon power-on, soft unloading upon power-off, current oscillation protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overpower protection, overtemperature protection, current limiting and power limiting protection. To prevent human misoperation, it is also configured with upper and lower limit operation restrictions for voltage, current and power, which effectively ensures the safe operation of users and equipment under test.

Rich external interfaces

The JBZ6200 series electronic loads are equipped with abundant remote communication interfaces as well as analog and digital control interfaces. They come standard with LAN, RS232 and RS485 interfaces, with optional GPIB, USB and CAN communication interfaces available. The devices support Modbus and SCPI protocols, with the CANOpen protocol offered as an optional upgrade. The analog interfaces include current monitoring and programming functions. The digital interfaces consist of two input and two output IO channels, all featuring high-voltage isolation capability to ensure equipment and personal safety.
